  Asset Valuation and Portfolio Modeling
The periodic re-valuation of mortgage assets is essential in order to accurately depict their value under changing market and credit conditions.  FGI assists its clients in determining a realistic market value of individual investments by stress testing cash flows and determining the most likely performance outcomes under a variety of possible market scenarios.  Our analysis helps mortgage holders determine individual asset strategies and helps provide an early warning of assets that are likely to under-perform should market conditions become unfavorable.
  Buyer-side Due Diligence for Acquisition of Distressed Debt
FGI assists purchasers of distressed debt by directly performing due diligence on an asset-by-asset basis, by supervising the due diligence of third party contractors and by developing cash flow models at the asst and portfolio level.  This analysis enables purchasers to develop realistic bid prices for acquiring individual distress assets and entire portfolios. 
    Asset Surveillance and Special Servicing
