FGI is based in the Washington, D.C. area and has experience throughout the middle-Atlantic, the New York and Chicago markets. FGI's due diligence and lender technical assistance assignments have involved projects nationwide. The company. was founded in 1995 by Ronald L. Freudenheim and Clara L. Graves.

Mr. Freudenheim had been an executive and consultant in the thrift and banking industries since the early 1980s. Mr. Freudenheim provides executive leadership as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding FGI, Mr. Freudenheim was a commercial real state lender and portfolio manager and a principal in a software development firm that licensed software applications to Lotus Development Corporation and provided software applications and services to Fortune 500 companies, law firms and the United States Government, including the Executive Office of the President of the United States. Clara L. Graves, a co-founder of FGI, oversees the day to day management of the company, supervising all internal management functions, staffing, and accounting. In addition, Ms. Graves oversees FGI's software design and testing operations.
